RAFT polymerization
RAFT polymerization is widely used because the polymers can be well controlled by using chain transfer agent (CTA). CTA provides equivalence to all propagating radicals. This method has been successfully used for synthesizing a diversity of polymers with controlled MW and MWD, functionalities and targeted architecure from various monomers.
